Delivery FAQ

1. What delivery options do you offer?

We offer the following delivery options to ensure your orders reach you quickly and safely:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available via Lalamove or Grab for Metro Manila orders. Delivery fees will depend on real-time rates from the courier.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered through third-party couriers such as LBC or J&T Express. Delivery times vary based on location and how heavy is the item.

  • Pickup Option: You can opt to collect your order at our pickup location. Contact us to arrange a pickup schedule.

 


 

2. How are delivery fees calculated?

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Real-time rates provided by Lalamove or Grab.

  • Standard Delivery: Courier rates based on your location, package weight, and size. The delivery fee shown during checkout is an estimate. We will confirm the exact amount before finalizing your order.

 


 

3. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you via:

  • Email: Including the tracking details (if available).

  • Text or Viber: Confirming your courier and estimated delivery date.

 


 

4. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide in the Philippines. Same-day delivery is only available within Metro Manila.

 


 

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3 PM can typically be delivered within the same day.

  • Standard Delivery: Depending on your location, delivery takes:

    • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days.

    • Luzon: 2–4 business days.

    • Visayas and Mindanao: 3–7 business days.

 


 

6. Can I schedule my delivery?

For same-day delivery, you can coordinate with us to schedule the courier pick-up time. For standard delivery, delivery schedules depend on the courier’s availability.

 


 

7. What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking details provided.

  2. Contact us immediately via:

8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

9. Do you offer free shipping?

We currently do not offer free shipping. Delivery fees will be calculated based on your chosen courier and location.
